These services include providing full sets of permit drawings composed of architectural floor plans, site plans, mechanical plans, electrical plans, plumbing plans, elevations, roofing plans, manual J,S,D calculations, electrical load calculations, water pipe sizing, gas pipe sizing, underground pipe sizing, demo plans, and other required drawings for permit approval as needed. We look to offer more design services in both of our departments as our company grows.
